Why are your Erno Laszlo products 20% off?
Since 1764, the island of St Thomas has been a duty free port. Although you can no longer find great deals on molasses or gunpowder, the town of Charlotte Amalie is now a mecca of luxury duty free shopping at great deals, catering to thousands of tourists each day. Through Erno Lazlo at Gesine's website, we can bring these savings to you!
Are your Erno Laszlo products fresh?
Absolutely! We are a small Erno Laszlo authorized boutique (the only one!). We have a large base of regular customers with active daily sales that allow us to continually turn over our inventory.
How long will my order take to arrive?
We ship all our orders out usually within 24 hours of being placed All orders are mailed U.S. Priority Mail and most orders are received within the 48 states within 4 days.
If you need it quicker, let us know and we can arrange a quicker method.
Can I contact you to discuss or modify my ritual?
We encourage it! It is common for ritual modifications due to changes in season, environment and your body or you may just have question about a product. Call us anytime at 1-800-662-1905. Unfortunately it's too difficult to discuss your ritual through e-mail.

Payment Method
All of our online sales are made through PayPal. You do not have to be a PayPal user to buy from us. We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover, Diner's Club card, American Express cards. Backorders
Occasionally we may be temporarily out of an item you have requested. If this is the case we will contact you and send you the in stock items to you and send the backordered item when it is available. You will only be charged for the items that have shipped.
Returns & Exchanges
If for any reason you need to return or exchange an item, please let us know immediately by calling us toll free at 800 662 1905 or e-mailing us. We will then authorize the return. No returns will be accepted without being authorized. No returns are permitted after 30 days of order.
Shipping & Handling
We ship all our orders usually within 24 hours of being placed.
All U.S. orders are mailed U.S. Priority Mail for a flat rate of $8.60 regardless of the size of the order.
On International orders, we do bill you separately for shipping by paypal after the order is placed. Fees vary based on the size of the order and the shipping location. Most U.S. orders are received within 4 days; it may be longer for Interntional orders. If you need it sooner, let us know and we can arrange a quicker method.
